2.3. All plants are sold as living organisms, and their appearance may change based on environmental conditions such as light, temperature, and care.
2.4. Clients are encouraged to review product care instructions provided with each purchase to ensure the longevity and health of the plants.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but such changes will not affect confirmed orders.
3.3. Payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash on delivery (where available).
3.4. Orders are processed only after full payment is received unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon in writing.

4. Order and Delivery

6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

6.3. Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence.
